Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard (rai / sarson) powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and black pepper powder to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Tips
If
you wish, you can add chopped parsley and gherkins to highlight the sour tinge
in this dressing.
