Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard (rai / sarson) powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and black pepper powder to taste

Method
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Tips
If you wish, you can add chopped parsley and gherkins to highlight the sour tinge in this dressing.
